The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival is an annual (since 2014) cosplay event held at Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park in Tokyo. An accompanying cosplay parade also occurs on the Saturday of the two-day event, but this video was taken on Sunday.
Cosplayers and photographers must purchase a Y2,000 ticket to participate, but visitors are free to roam about and spectate in the public park. Do you see your favorite character represented?
